In the coming times, Goa is going to become the hub of Medical Tourism. Here not only tourists will be able to enjoy the nature along the seashore but also take Ayurvedic medical services at All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) Goa. It is very special that in the coming time AYUSH visa facilities can also be availed here.
In the information given by the Ministry of Ayush, it was told that this institute is spread over 50 acres in Pernem taluka of North Goa. This sub-institute is going to prove to be a remarkable step in the direction of promoting medical value tourism in Goa among the millions of tourists coming from all over the world. Millions of tourists from all over the world come to Goa every year. At the same time, this year also the number of tourists can be more than 80 lakhs. Most of these tourists are also people who want to avail medical services along with visiting India, so now such people will be able to get all these facilities at one place.
There are 250 beds in this Ayurveda hospital.
The special thing is that this sub-institute has 250 beds which are available for OPD (Outpatient Department), IPD (In Patient Department), ICU and Emergency services. There is also modular OT, academic block, hostel, director’s bungalow, residential facility. Since it has become functional, the registration for seats has also started here. Although OPD and IPD will start soon.
