Dr. Yugal Rajput, assistant professor and dermatologist at GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, says that there are many reasons for hair becoming white at an early age. The biggest reason for this is nutritional deficiency i.e. lack of essential nutrients. If you do not take a good diet, then there will be a lack of nutrients in the body and your hair will start turning white. Vitamin B12 deficiency, chronic disease, genetic disorder, thyroid disorder, parasitic infection and excessive stress cause graying of hair at a young age.
