If you mix normal salt with fruit and eat lemon in it, then it does not harm, but if you use chaat masala or other spices in it, then all these are not good for our stomach. This may cause gastric problems.

Should diabetic patients eat fruits or not?
Dr. Rasika Mathur told that one should not keep fast for diabetic patients. Secondly, even if they keep fast, fruit should not be consumed much because sugar is already present in all fruits. He told that if you have to take fruits, then do not take more than one or two miles of fruit. In this also eat radish, carrot, lemon salad and eat it. By adding sourness to the fruit, there is a slight balance. But diabetic patients must eat once a day. During this, trans fat should not be eaten at all. When the diabetic patient is hungry, then the sugar will come down at that time, but as soon as the food is eaten, the sugar will increase rapidly. Therefore, if diabetic patients are keeping fast, then they must eat at least once a day. If you do not eat food, then you can eat something like sago khichdi once a day. Apart from this, you can also eat cheese in between. Radish, carrot etc. should be eaten

How to keep a normal person fast
If normal people are in fast then they should eat fruits accordingly. A normal person can eat 150 to 200 grams of fruit in a day. But do not add rock or black salt to this fruit. If salt has to be added, then it should not be more than 2 to 3 grams. Add lemon and cucumber to the fruit. Yes, there should not be too much gap between meals. Something must be eaten once in 3 to four hours. Those who are diabetic patients, they should eat every three hours in any case. You can drink buttermilk in the morning. After this you can eat some almonds. After this, make fruit with fruits. There can be a problem of gas due to too much gap between meals. Therefore, light things should be consumed frequently. Dinner should not be taken too late.

Due to this there is a risk of spreading infection. So cut as much fruit as you can eat. Do not cut the fruit and keep it in the refrigerator.
