Tadasana does the work of stretching your whole body, due to which all your muscles are active. To do this, stand on the mat and stretch by moving the hands upwards. Press the stomach and chest inwards and count to 10. Now take a deep breath and bring the hands down. Repeat this process.
The practice of Vrikshasana increases concentration and helps in creating balance in the body. It is very beneficial in the development of children. To do this, stand straight on the mat. Now slowly lifting one leg and applying it on the inner part of the other leg, stretch the hands upwards while balancing. Then count to 10. Now do the same with the other leg. Lie on your back on a yoga mat. After this keep the hands by the side. Now slowly bend your legs from the knees and bring them back to the hips. Raise the waist as high as possible from the floor. Hold the breath for a while. After this, exhale and come back to the ground. Setubandhasana strengthens the spine. Stretches the chest, neck and spine. It also helps in reducing stress and depression.
To do Kapalbhati, first sit in Padmasana. After this, make chit mudra with both your hands. Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. First you do 30 cycles. Then relax. After Kapalbhati, do the practice of Anulom Vilom. It establishes balance in your body.

Here we will do 5 cycles of Anulom Vilom. To do this asana, first of all, keep the body straight and sit in meditation. Make Gyan Mudra with the left hand, close the right nostril with the thumb of the right hand and inhale through the left nostril. Now close the left nostril and exhale through the right nostril.
