International Yoga Day 2022: Maharishi Patanjali has described the eight limbs of yoga in his Ashtanga Yoga, in which we pay attention to asanas and pranayama, but do not pay attention to social responsibility and personal purification. Here we are trying to tell you how yoga is associated with humanity. Explain that the first 5 Yamas are non-violence, truth, aste, celibacy and aparigraha. Aparigraha means non-collection means to remove things or bad thoughts and keep only as much as is useful for you. These five Yamas are considered essential in yoga for social purification.
