start like this
Keep the waist and neck straight on the mat and sit in the posture of meditation. Close your eyes and take a deep breath and inhale and exhale properly. Now chant ‘Om’ and pray.

Tadasana
Now stand on your mat and pull your hands upwards while interlocking. Count up to 20 while moving the stomach and chest inwards. This will stretch the whole body and the problem of constipation is also removed.

warm up
-Stand on your mat. To strengthen the legs, first lift the heel and then lift the toes. Do this for 30 cycles. Now walk on the toes for some time and walk backwards from the heels.

Now step by step and breathe well and exhale. When tired, stand up and take a deep breath and exhale.

Hasta Uttanasana
Take a deep breath and take both your hands above the head, keeping your hands close to the ears and now in the posture of bowing your hands, bend slightly backwards. If there is pain in the back, then bend at 90 degrees.

Padahastasana
Slowly exhale and while bending forward touch the toes with your hands. In this posture your head should meet the knees.

Ashwa Sanchalanasana
Breathing, move the right leg backwards and keep in mind that in this posture the knee of the foot is to touch the ground. During this, bend the other leg. Keep your palms straight on the ground and look towards the front keeping the head up.

Dandasana
While exhaling, keep both your hands and feet in a straight line. After this, come to the position of doing push-ups.

Ashtanga Namaskara
While inhaling, bring your palms, chest, knees and feet to the ground. Now stay in this state for a few moments.

Bhujangasana
Now for this exercise, while exhaling, place your palms on the ground and lift the front part of the body till the navel and keep the stomach close to the ground, tilt the neck backward.

Parvatasana or Adho Mukha Svanasana
For Adho Mukha Shavasana, keep your feet straight on the ground. Now lift the hip upwards. Keep your shoulders straight and face inwards. anymore horse steering, padahastasana, Hasta Uttanasana And salutation do it. Keep in mind that always do Surya Namaskar according to your ability.
